Please read the following information about digital devices during standardized testing:
Digital devices are NOT allowed in the testing room at any time during standardized testing. Digital devices are defined as anything that can capture, store, relay, or receive electronic information. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: laptops, smart phones, smart watches, fitness trackers, MP3 players, and tablets. We will have a place for students to place their cell phone OUTSIDE of the testing room the day of testing. Please DO NOT wear your apple watches, FitBits, etc. to school on the day of testing if you are taking the test. This will be strictly enforced. Thank you for understanding.

Students in grades 9-12- if you want to apply for virtual school for Spring semester, you must have your application completed by December 10th. We will schedule interviews with student, parents, WEHS admin/counselor, and Etowah County central office staff sometime after December 10th. You must attend the interview to be considered for virtual schooling.
If you are already virtual, you do not have to complete a new application----just let Mrs. Butler know that you plan to remain virtual. Also, if you are virtual and plan to return, please let Mrs. Butler know that as well before December 10th.
2021 - 2022 (2nd Semester) ETOWAH COUNTY VIRTUAL ACADEMY: Student Application for Enrollment
West End High School's Veterans Day Program will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the game gym. Fellowship will be held in the hospitality room after the commencement of the ceremony for veterans and their families.
If you are interested in the Virtual Academy for the second semester, the following application must be completed/submitted no later than December 10th. Please note that ALL virtual classes are via Access.

The annual Ag department meat sale fundraiser is open now through November 1. Please contact an Ag student or Coach Watkins (ricky_watkins@ecboe.org) to place an order. Orders will arrive during the week of November 15.
